The Quality Management (QM) Director ensures the basic foundations of quality care, regulatory and oversight compliance, while supporting ongoing quality improvement and outcome-driven practices. The QM Director is a member of and advises the executive team for each assigned organization, including the CEO, while maintaining consistency and efficiency across assigned organizations.

The Area Director oversees all service operations for their designated scope and monitors the quality and provision of services, including supervision of Clinical Supervisors and Program Managers in a single market, across multiple service lines; development, monitoring, and evaluation of direct reports to ensure growth and progress; and ensuring satisfaction of persons served, family members, staff and other stakeholders.  - Experience managing multiple locations, programs and I/DD services - Management or supervisory experience.  Strongly prefer experience supervising care coordinators, care managers or I/DD qualified professionals - Experience with executing and managing a budget - A Master's Degree in human services, public administration, public health or related fields is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s Degree in human services with two years of full-time, post-graduate experience with the I/DD population; or Bachelor’s Degree in non-human service field with four years of full-time I/DD experience is required - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient with electronic health record platforms and standard office productivity software and tools
